Celem projektu jest wdrożenie nowej technologii wytwarzania nakładek stykowych o wysokich parametrach fizyko-mechanicznych dla trakcji tramwajowej oraz trolejbusowej. Innowacja technologiczna została opracowana w ramach przeprowadzonych badań przemysłowych i prac rozwojowych i umożliwi wytwarzanie znacząco ulepszonych w stosunku do dotychczas wytwarzanych na świecie (w tym na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej) produktów - nakładek stykowych o wysokich parametrach fizyko-mechanicznych dla trakcji tramwajowej oraz trolejbusowej. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na przeprowadzoną analizę rynku, zapotrzebowanie potencjalnych klientów (zarządy infrastruktury miejskiej, przedsiębiorstwa komunalne) oraz realizacją strategii firmy opartej na wzmocnieniu pozycji konkurencyjnej na rynku międzynarodowym jako producenta produktów charakteryzujących się zaawansowaną technologią, wysoką jakością oraz atrakcyjną ceną. Aby wdrożyć innowacyjny produkt niezbędne jest nabycie nowych środków trwałych, które umożliwią wdrożenie technologii oraz produkcję nowego produktu. (Polish)
