Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project will develop an innovative technology for the surface area of steel components to protect products against corrosion while carrying out heat treatment processes at elevated temperatures.It is proposed that the protective layer be applied from the gas phase under a reduced pressure, which will allow it to be considered as a CVD (gaseous phase chemical settlement) technology, which is one of the most advanced prescribing techniques of the diffusion layers.Thanks to such a dip layer, it is to be expected that the structure has a structure that can, in some cases, rank among the nanosting, i.e. it will be composed of very small particles.This will improve the physical properties of the metallic layers in this way.In industrial research and development, a new technology will be developed to provide protective coatings with a better performance than the currently known methods.A device designed for the application of protective coatings using a new technique shall be designed and constructed.In particular, technology will apply in the case of elements requiring sustained corrosion protection, of high strength steels and subjected to tempering and tempering processes, while at the same time preserving the high hardness of the protective layer and its abrasion resistance. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). W Projekcie opracowana zostanie innowacyjna technologia cynkowania powierzchni elementów stalowych w celu zabezpieczenia wyrobów przed korozją z jednoczesnym przeprowadzaniem procesów obróbki cieplnej w podwyższonych temperaturach. Proponuje się metodę nanoszenia warstwy ochronnej z fazy gazowej w warunkach obniżonego ciśnienia, co pozwoli uznać ją jako technologię CVD (chemiczne osadzanie z fazy gazowej), którą zalicza się do najnowocześniejszych technik nakładania warstw adhezyjno-dyfuzyjnych. Dzięki takiemu osadzaniu się warstwy cynkowej oczekiwać należy, że powstała struktura może zaliczać się w pewnych przypadkach do nanowarstw, czyli zbudowana będzie z cząstek o bardzo małych rozmiarach. Spowoduje to poprawienie właściwości fizycznych powstałych w ten sposób warstw metalicznych. W przeprowadzanych badaniach przemysłowych i pracach rozwojowych opracowana zostanie nowa technologia cynkowania, która umożliwi otrzymywanie powłok ochronnych o właściwościach użytkowych lepszych niż uzyskiwane przy zastosowaniu metod obecnie znanych. Zaprojektowane i wykonane zostanie urządzenie przeznaczone do nakładania powłok ochronnych z zastosowaniem nowej techniki. Technologia znajdzie zastosowanie przede wszystkim w przypadku elementów wymagających trwałej ochrony antykorozyjnej, wykonanych ze stali o wysokiej wytrzymałości i podlegających procesom hartowania oraz odpuszczania, z zachowaniem jednocześnie znacznej twardości warstwy ochronnej i jej odporności na ścieranie.
