Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.42799 (2015/X), aid_de_de minimis:Article 42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the granting of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in the framework of the Operational Programme Smart Growth 2014-2020.This project is the development of significantly improved, innovative technology for the installation of gas springs for the automotive industry.The assembly of the gas springs shall consist of a separation of the metal spring and its insertion into suitable body openings made of plastic, where it is returned to the resting position.The lubricant is required to fill the lubricant.The scope of the project will be:1. pre-development of technology, 2. performance and testing in laboratory conditions of prototype technology device, 3. functionality check and real-life testing, 4. verification of technical and technical documentation (DRT) of the equipment, 5. carry out the conformity assessment tests and issue an EC declaration of conformity.There are currently two types of nests:with body of the ‘DUŻA cube’ or ‘large calich’.In both variants one type of springs is used, so called“FOR LARGE”.As a result of the project, an automated assembly technology will be developed, flexible and reproducible, ensuring that it can be quickly adapted to the production of another type of nests, while the build-up time with the change of model should not exceed 20 minutes, and provide for:(a) the time of the installation of a single socket — no worse than 5 sec. b) to identify specific situations, such as the detection of faulty assembled nest (c) data collection, with the possibility to transfer them to a computer for processing or archiving.The process of process innovation will consist of the introduction of automated assembly and on the one hand one on the other. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020.Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie znacząco ulepszonej, innowacyjnej technologii montażu gniazd sprężyn gazowych, przeznaczonych dla przemysłu motoryzacyjny. Montaż gniazd sprężyn gazowych polega na rozwarciu metalowej sprężynki i umieszczeniu jej w odpowiednich otworach korpusu wykonanego z tworzywa sztucznego, gdzie wraca ona do położenia spoczynkowego. Następnie wymagane jest podanie do gniazda korpusu porcji środka smarującego. Zakres projektu obejmie: 1. wstępne opracowanie technologii, 2. wykonanie i przebadanie w warunkach laboratoryjnych prototypu urządzenia realizującego technologię, 3. sprawdzenia funkcjonalności i testowanie w warunkach rzeczywistych, 4. weryfikację technologii i dokumentacji techniczno-ruchowej (DTR) urządzenia, 5. przeprowadzenie badań dot. oceny zgodności i wystawienie deklaracji zgodności WE. Obecnie produkowane są dwa modele gniazd: z korpusem typu „KOSTKA DUŻA” lub „DUŻY KIELICH”. W obu wariantach jest stosowany jeden typ sprężynki, tzw. „SPRĘŻYNKA DO DUŻYCH”. W rezultacie realizacji projektu zostanie opracowana technologia zautomatyzowanego montażu, elastyczna i rekonfigurowalna, zapewniająca możliwość szybkiego dostosowania do produkcji innego modelu gniazd, przy czym czas przezbrojenia przy zmianie modelu nie powinien być dłuższy niż 20 min. Musi także zapewnić: a) czas cyklu montażu jednego gniazda – nie gorszy niż 5 sek. b) sygnalizowanie sytuacji szczególnych, np. wykrycie wadliwie zmontowanego gniazda c) zbieranie danych o przebiegu pracy, z możliwością przeniesienia ich do komputera zewnętrznego celem przetwarzania lub archiwizacji.
