Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project involves carrying out R & D of Ferro-silico-chromium and the exploitation of results in order to produce a product with unique quality parameters that are not achieved anywhere in the world.Iron, silicon and chromium alloys are used in the manufacture of, inter alia, an ultra low carbon regulator FeCr, which is used to produce high-grade special steels for use in, inter alia, the aeronautics, chemical and arms industry.For this reason, consumer quality requirements are very high and actions aimed at the continuous improvement of their products, also through the use of the increasingly high quality of raw materials.The manufactured Ferro-silico-chromium will meet these requirements and will be characterised by ultra-low levels of undesirable elements in such rates.Key to quality are the lowest possible carbon content (?0.02 %), phosphorus (?0.02 %), Nitrogen (?0.02 %), hydrogen (?0.03 %), oxygen (?0.4 %) and sulphur (?0.01 %).The objectives will be achieved through the implementation of the R & D tasks.The development research carried out will consist of drawing up the best set of raw materials for producing the undesirable elements, examining the mechanisms for shifting the gas elements to the alloy, and improving the current method of refining and bottling the FeSiCr liquid alloy to minimise carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen and oxygen content in the finished product.In the framework of development work, the design of the developed solutions and their possible modifications will be tested.The objectives of the project will be to be achieved by the guarantor.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac badawczo-rozwojowych dotyczących żelazokrzemochromu FeSiCr i wykorzystania ich rezultatów w celu wytwarzania produktu o unikalnych parametrach jakościowych, nie osiąganych nigdzie na świecie. Stopy żelaza, krzemu i chromu tego typu wykorzystuje się do produkcji m.in. ultraniskowęglowego żelazochromu ULC FeCr, który używany jest do produkcji wysokogatunkowych stali specjalnych do zastosowań m.in. w przemyśle aeronautycznym, chemicznym i zbrojeniowym. Z tego względu wymogi jakościowe odbiorców są bardzo wysokie, a działania ukierunkowane na ciągłe polepszanie swoich produktów, również na drodze stosowania coraz lepszej jakości surowców. Wytwarzany żelazokrzemochrom FeSiCr będzie spełniał te wymagania i będzie charakteryzował się ultraniskimi zawartościami pierwiastków niepożądanych w tego rodzaju stopach. Kluczowe dla jakości są jak najniższe zawartości węgla (? 0,02%), fosforu (? 0,02%), azotu (? 0,02%), wodoru (? 0,03%), tlenu (? 0,4%) i siarki (? 0,01%). Założone cele osiągnięte zostaną poprzez realizację zadań przewidzianych w ramach prac badawczo-rozwojowych. Prowadzone badania rozwojowe będą polegać na opracowaniu najlepszego zestawu surowców do produkcji pod kątem zawartości pierwiastków niepożądanych, zbadaniu mechanizmów przechodzenia pierwiastków gazowych do stopu oraz ulepszeniu dotychczas stosowanego sposobu rafinacji i rozlewania ciekłego stopu FeSiCr, zapewniających zminimalizowanie zawartości węgla, azotu, wodoru i tlenu w gotowym produkcie. W ramach prac rozwojowych prowadzone będą testy opracowanych rozwiązań w warunkach produkcyjnych i ich ewentualne modyfikacje. Osiągnięcie założonych celów projektu będzie gwarant (Polish)
