Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project will allow the company to enter a new product, using the results of the R & D work, which aims to develop an innovative technology in the area of surface engineering — to impose on the floor area of cast iron material with other welding parameters which will serve to produce a sealing hub — the drainage of fire dampers.The resulting fittings will be characterised by increased viability, reliability and incandescent resistance and will also be more resistant to corrosion or to mechanical damage.The final product resulting from the project and prepared for the implementation and sale of the Applicant’s own production will be the hydrant with a tensioned seal node.The development of a new product derives directly from the need for the fire market and will be a global product innovation.R & D will be carried out in four steps;three phases of industrial research and one development phase are foreseen.The industrial research and development works will be subcontracted to the Technical University of Rzeszów. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Realizacja projektu pozwoli na wprowadzenie do oferty firmy nowego produktu , dzięki wykorzystaniu rezultatów prac B+R, które mają na celu opracowanie innowacyjnej technologii z zakresu inżynierii powierzchni - nakładania na powierzchnię gniazd żeliwnych tworzywa o innych parametrach techniką spawalniczą, która posłuży do wytwarzania węzłów uszczelniająco - odwadniających armatury przeciwpożarowej. Uzyskana armatura będzie się charakteryzować podwyższoną żywotnością, niezawodnością i żaroodpornością, a ponadto wykazywać będzie zwiększoną odporność na korozję czy uszkodzenia mechaniczne. Finalnym produktem powstałym w wyniku realizacji projektu i przygotowanym do wdrożenia i sprzedaży w produkcji własnej Wnioskodawcy będzie hydrant z napawanym węzłem uszczelniającym. Opracowanie nowego produktu wynika bezpośrednio z potrzeby rynku przeciwpożarowego i będzie innowacją produktową na skalę światową. Prace B+R realizowane będą w czterech etapach; przewidziane są trzy etapy badań przemysłowych i jeden etap prac rozwojowych. Badania przemysłowe i prace rozwojowe zostaną zlecone podwykonawcy, jakim będzie Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza. (Polish)
