Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020Projekt będzie polegał na przeprowadzeniu prac B+R przez wybraną uczelnię -Wydz.Ekonomiczno-Socjologiczny Uniw.Łódzkiego (kat.A), polegających na opracowaniu systemu-oprogramowania -wieloparametrowego automatu decyzyjnego (opartego na nowym algorytmie) działającego w czasie rzeczywistym, dla operatorów punktu gastronomicznego -dla optymalizacji oferty generowanej w formie podpowiedzi-rekomendacji dla Operatorów w punktach gastronomicznych, przy przyjmowaniu zamówienia od konsumentów. Na bazie tego automatu analiz i automatu decyzyjnego powstanie innowacja produktowa (usługa). Wnioskodawca będzie świadczyć nową dla niego (i dla rynku) usługę analiz i automatycznego generowania ofert -swoim dotychczasowym oraz nowym klientom –z rynku HoReCa (przede wszystkim sieci restauracji i innych placówek gastronomicznych -piekarnie, cukiernie, kawiarnie itp.) i punkty, z których część to placówki zagraniczne działające na rynku polskim. Zadaniem nowego innowacyjnego algorytmu będzie interwałowa analiza dużych zbiorów danych dotyczących sprzedaży i na ich podstawie formułowanie podobieństw zakupowych klientów. Klientom Wnioskodawcy pozwoli to na optymalny dobór oferty dla zamawiających-konsumentów i kupujących w punktach gastronomicznych, uwzględniający m.in.pogodę, lokalizację itp. oraz wiele innych parametrów mogących wpływać na preferencje zakupowe. Wdrożenie nowej usługi (sprzedaż jako abonament mies.,roczny) pozwoli na zwiększenie sprzedaży Wnioskodawcy o ponad 30% średnio rocznie (razem ok.2,5 mln zł w perspektywie 3 lat od zak.projektu), poprzez zwiększenie sprzedaży w Polsce oraz rozpoczęcie sprzedaży nowego systemu za granicą, w tym na rynkach anglo- i niemieckojęzycznych w (Polish)
