2.3.2 — reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.42799 (2015/X), aid_de_de minimis:§ 42 of the Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the provision of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in the framework of the Operational Programme Smart Growth 2014-2020’, the project is to carry out R & D services for SIGMA S.A. which will result in the development of new products such as light type manipulator and heavy manipulator (product innovation).The R & D will include:1. to develop the concept solution — configurations of manipulation (s) — creation of typology, 2. analytical and laboratory tests of control, power supply and kinematic system manipulator, 3. construction of a project of 2 prototypes of manipulators from a selected typology, 4. implementation of 2 prototypes of manipulators from a selected typology, 5. sample and study performed in industrial conditions in the final customer 6. performance of the technical documentation after samples and tests.The project will result in new products being manipulated (light and heavy) by a wide industrial application in industrial processes in most manufacturing companies.A nationally innovative solution based on its work on a hybrid control system and the use of a safety controller to significantly increase the safety of work relative to competitive solutions will be applied in the country.The solutions used in the manipulator will also ensure that the manipulator does not require any adjustment following the change in the mass of the claim.As a result, its work will be more fluid, easier and can be used in manufacturing and logistics processes in many companies.The implementation and the results of the R & D will allow implementation in the production and sale of the new product.Product innovation introduced with regard to applied product (English) | |||

2.3.2 – „Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020”PRZEDMIOTEM PROJEKTU jest przeprowadzenie usług badawczo-rozwojowych dla przedsiębiorstwa SIGMA S.A., których wynikiem będzie opracowanie nowych wyrobów jakimi są manipulator typu lekkiego oraz manipulator typu ciężkiego (innowacja produktowa). Prace B+R obejmować będą: 1. opracowanie koncepcji rozwiązań- konfiguracje manipulatorów- stworzenie typoszeregu, 2. badania analityczne i laboratoryjne układu sterowania, zasilania oraz układu kinematycznego manipulatora, 3. wykonanie projektu 2 prototypów manipulatorów z wybranego typoszeregu, 4. wykonanie 2 prototypów manipulatorów z wybranego typoszeregu, 5. próby i badania wykonane w warunkach przemysłowych u odbiorcy końcowego 6. wykonanie dokumentacji technicznej po próbach i badaniach. REZULTATEM PROJEKTU będą nowe produkty w postaci manipulatora (typu lekkiego i ciężkiego) o szerokim zastosowaniu w przemyśle, wykorzystywany w procesach przemysłowych w większości firm produkcyjnych. W manipulatorze zostanie zastosowane innowacyjne w skali kraju rozwiązanie polegające na oparciu jego pracy o hybrydowy system sterowania oraz zastosowanie sterownika bezpieczeństwa co zwiększa znacząco bezpieczeństwo pracy w stosunku do rozwiązań konkurencyjnych. Zastosowane w manipulatorze rozwiązania sprawią również, że manipulator nie będzie wymagał każdorazowej regulacji po zmianie masy podnoszonego przedmiotu. Dzięki temu jego praca będzie bardziej płynna, łatwiejsza i może być wykorzystywana w procesach produkcyjnych i logistycznych w wielu przedsiębiorstwach. Realizacja oraz wyniki prac B+R umożliwią wdrożenie do produkcji oraz sprzedaż nowego produktu. Wprowadzona innowacja produktowa pod względem zastosowan (Polish)
