This proposal concerns investments made by MDM-DRUK Sp. z o.o. to implement for the activity of the printshop the novel packaging technology to be protected against the falsification of the HQSM (High Quality Safe Micropoint) developed in the context of the company’s R & D work carried out by the company and commissioned in the period 07-12.2017. the generated technology will make it possible to implement for the production and sale of innovative products in the form of packaging, POS materials and specialist labels, with effective protection against copying, reproduction, falsified and also for which there are technical possibilities in terms of labelling and unambiguous identification, such as the ‘true/false’ key, and the identification of distribution channels, whether wholesale or retail.An important green aspect of the implemented technology is its low waste, which reduces the amount of waste at 25-35 %.This will imply a year reduction of production waste per year.30.000-40.000 kg of typical print media.The main consumers of innovative products will be producers of food, electronics, automotive and pharmaceutical industries, as well as for cosmetics producers and all tradeable goods.The total net investment amount will amount to PLN 13 445 300,00, including eligible costs of the project — PLN 12 774 200,00.The investment will be financed by private finance and bank credit.The project will run from 08.05.2018 to 30.09.2019. the data contained in this grant application confirms the cost-effectiveness planned for the project, i.e. the NPV calculated for the period 2020-2026 is 1 746,50.PLN and the IRR for the IRR for the investment is 7.97 %.Ref.:SA42799 (2015/X), relief:Art.14 EC 651/2014. Niniejszy wniosek dotyczy planowanej przez MDM-DRUK Sp. z o.o. S.k. inwestycji mającej na celu wdrożenie do działalności drukarni nowatorskiej technologii produkcji opakowań z zabezpieczeniem przed fałszerstwem HQSM (High Quality Safe Micropoint), opracowanej w ramach prac B+R przeprowadzonych przez spółkę i na jej zlecenie w okresie 07-12.2017 r. Wytworzona technologia umożliwi wdrożenie do produkcji i sprzedaży innowacyjnych produktów w postaci opakowań, materiałów POS oraz specjalistycznych etykiet, zawierających skuteczne zabezpieczenia przed kopiowaniem, powielaniem, fałszowaniem, jak również, dla których istnieją możliwości techniczne w zakresie ich znakowania i jednoznacznej identyfikacji, tak w odniesieniu do klucza „prawda/fałsz”, jak i w zakresie identyfikacji kanałów dystrybucji, czy sprzedaży hurtowej lub detalicznej. Ważnym, proekologicznym aspektem wdrażanej technologii jest jej niskoodpadowość, pozwalająca na zmniejszenie ilości odpadów na poziomie 25-35 %. Oznaczać to będzie ograniczenie odpadów produkcyjnych w skali roku na poziomie ok. 30.000 - 40.000 kg typowego podłoża drukowego. Głównymi odbiorcami innowacyjnych produktów będą producenci z branż spożywczej, elektronicznej, motoryzacyjnej i farmaceutycznej, a także producenci z branży kosmetycznej oraz wszelkich dóbr szybkozbywalnych. Łączna wysokość nakładów inwestycyjnych netto wyniesie 13 445 300,00 PLN, w tym koszty kwalifikowalne projektu – 12 774 200,00 PLN. Inwestycja zostanie sfinansowania ze środków prywatnych i kredytu bankowego. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 08.05.2018 r. do 30.09.2019 r. Dane zawarte w niniejszym wniosku o dofinansowanie potwierdzają opłacalność planowanego do realizacji przedsięwzięcia, tj. wskaźnik NPV obliczony dla okresu 2020-2026 wynosi 1 746,50 tys.
