“reference_reference_programme_aids”:SA.42799 (2015/X), public funding:Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014.’ The project is an advisory support to the Leasing Expert for the implementation of technological innovation in the form of a new generation system for the management of the process of selling public transport tickets and other communication services using innovative ticketing and sales channels to remove all the constraints currently in operation and to be able to develop and integrate with the new solutions in the long term without the need for rigid assumptions.The following set of activities is planned in the framework of the project:1.Business environment institutions’ advisory services — Preparation for implementation:assisting in the development of functional or technical documentation necessary for the implementation of innovation;searching for and contacting a technology provider;assisting in the preparation and/or conduct of negotiations with a technology provider;advice in the process of preparing a technology purchase agreement between the supplier and the user of the technology;the development of a marketing strategy and the preparation of a detailed financial model.2.Business environment institutions’ advisory services — assistance in implementation:advice on human resource development related to the implementation of innovation;advice, assistance and training in the full implementation of innovation and monitoring and evaluation of the impact of innovation implementation.Investment purchases of software modules.The services will be bought in full from an accredited business environment organisation:The project will run from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019.The project will implement 1 technological innovation:a system to manage the sale of public transport tickets and other communication services and ultimately increase the competitiveness of the company.The introduction to the sale of an innovative solution will have a positive impact on the scale of revenue and results... „Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014” Przedmiotem projektu jest wsparcie doradcze Leasing Expert we wdrożeniu innowacji technologicznej w postaci nowej generacji systemu do zarządzania procesem sprzedaży biletów transportu publicznego oraz innych usług komunikacyjnych z wykorzystaniem innowacyjnych nośników biletów oraz kanałów sprzedaży, eliminującego wszystkie ograniczenia obecnie eksploatowanych systemów oraz zapewniającego możliwość długoterminowego rozwoju i integracji z nowymi rozwiązaniami, bez konieczności tworzenia sztywnych założeń. W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujący zestaw działań: 1. Usługi doradcze IOB - Przygotowanie do wdrożenia: pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej lub technicznej niezbędnej do wdrożenia innowacji; poszukiwanie i nawiązanie kontaktu z dostawcą technologii; pomoc w procesie przygotowania lub przeprowadzenia negocjacji z dostawcą technologii; doradztwo w procesie przygotowania umowy zakupu technologii pomiędzy dostawcą a odbiorcą technologii; opracowanie strategii marketingowej oraz przygotowanie szczegółowego modelu finansowego. 2. Usługi doradcze IOB – Asysta we wdrożeniu: doradztwo w zakresie rozwoju zasobów ludzkich związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji; doradztwo, pomoc i szkolenia w pełnym wdrożeniu innowacji oraz monitorowanie i ocena efektów wdrożenia innowacji. Zakupy inwestycyjne nabycie modułów oprogramowania. Usługi zostaną w całości zakupione od akredytowanej IOB: Netrix Group Sp. z o.o. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 1 stycznia 2019 do 31 grudnia 2019 roku. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie wdrożenie 1 innowacji technologicznej: systemu do zarządzania procesem sprzedaży biletów transportu publicznego oraz innych usług komunikacyjnych, a docelowo wzrost konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa.
