The aim of the project is to develop and produce prototypes of ultra-light safe protective barriers of steel with enhanced strength along with the technology of their production.A barrier capable of passing on the energy impact of a vehicle is a road safety device designed to prevent the vehicle from running off the road in dangerous places or moving on a road against another traffic direction, and to avoid collisions with objects located near the road (e.g. trees, power poles, lanterns, etc.).The project will result in:1) Product innovation in the form of 8 types of ultra-light road, bridge and mobile noise barriers in accordance with standard PN-EN 1317 with control levels for T1, N2, H1, H2, H3.Key features of novelty supporting product innovation on the Polish market at least:— 5 % higher strength to be bent for individual components of the protective barrier system, — Reduced own system mass of the protective barrier system by ca.15 %, — unification and simplified connections.(2) Process innovation in the form of a demonstration production line with innovative technology for the production of these ultra-light protection barriers.Key features of novelty:Possibility of producing components of systems of road barriers of steel species with enhanced strength parameters (Re and Rm:420MPa and 480MPa & divide; 620MPa), — Increased production efficiency of the key components of the barrier systems (pillars, guides) by ca.20 % and their reduced production time by ca.50 %, — obtaining 100 % of the details for the dimensions within the tolerance & plutonium; 0.5 mm, on the monitoring system for the on-line operation of production line to reach 90 % OEE rate, — reduction of production waste by 1 % on a scale (English)

    Celem projektu jest opracowanie i wytworzenie prototypów ultralekkich bezpiecznych barier ochronnych ze stali o podwyższonej wytrzymałości wraz z technologią ich produkcji. Bariera ochronna przejmująca energię uderzenia pojazdu jest urządzeniem służącym bezpieczeństwu ruchu drogowego, mającym na celu zapobieżenie zjechaniu pojazdu z drogi w miejscach niebezpiecznych lub przejechaniu na jezdnię z przeciwnym kierunkiem ruchu, a także niedopuszczenie do kolizji z obiektami zlokalizowanymi w pobliżu drogi (np. drzewa, słupy energetyczne, latarnie itp.). Rezultatem projektu będzie: 1) Innowacja produktowa w postaci 8 typów ultralekkich barier drogowych, mostowych oraz mobilnych o unikalnym zakresie bezpieczeństwa zgodnie z normą PN-EN 1317 o poziomach powstrzymywania T1, N2, H1, H2, H3. Kluczowe cechy nowości potwierdzające innowacyjność produktu co najmniej w skali rynku polskiego: - wyższa o min. 5% wytrzymałość na zginanie poszczególnych elementów konstrukcji systemu barier ochronnych, - zredukowana masa własna systemu barier ochronnych o ok. 15%, - unifikacja i uproszczone połączenia. 2) Innowacja procesowa w postaci demonstracyjnej linii produkcyjnej z innowacyjną technologią wytwarzania ww. ultralekkich barier ochronnych. Kluczowe cechy nowości: - możliwość produkcji elementów systemów barier drogowych z gatunków stali o podwyższonych parametrach wytrzymałościowych (Re i Rm: 420MPa i 480MPa÷620MPa), - zwiększona wydajność produkcji głównych elementów systemów barier (słupki, prowadnice) o ok. 20% oraz skrócony czas ich produkcji o ok. 50%, - uzyskanie 100% detali z wymiarami mieszczącymi się w tolerancji ±0,5mm, - system monitorowania pracy linii produkcyjnej w trybie on-line pozwalający na osiągnięcie wskaźnika OEE na poziomie 90%, - zmniejszenie odpadu produkcyjnego o 1% w skali (Polish)
