Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The technology relates to the manufacture of packaging for cosmetics using polylactide (PLA) and polyhydroxyalaninate (PHA).The scientific inspiration of the project has been the results of the work purchased from the Research Institute of the Codiso, as well as the in-house experience of the Novio-Pak Sp. z o.o. team, and the packaging of biodegradable packaging into PLA and PHA on the Polish market will be an absolute novelty.Similar bio-based packaging products are already produced abroad, but Poland hardly arrives at the cost of transporting empty packaging.The packaging from the PLA and PHA is completely biodegradable under composting conditions.The project’s results are favourable to the protection of the environment because:(a) are the result of non-waste technology, (b) have the effect of reducing the pollutants and CO2 discharged to the atmosphere, (c) are entirely safe for human health and living organisms, (d) do not create harmful compounds in reaction with packaging, (e) are compostable and do not require thermal treatment (combustion) causing air pollution, (f) contribute to a reduction in the production of plastic in the environment hundreds of years, g) The project will contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.The project concerns product innovation with components of modification of the injection process and staining of finished products. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Technologia dotyczy wytwarzania opakowań na kosmetyki z zastosowaniem polilaktydu (PLA) oraz polihydroksyalkanianu (PHA). Inspiracją naukową Projektu stały się wyniki prac zakupione od Instytutu Badawczego Opakowań COBRO, a także doświadczenia własne zespołu Novo-Pak Sp. z o.o. Wytwarzanie biodegradowalnych opakowań do kosmetyków z PLA i PHA na polskim rynku będzie absolutną nowością. Podobne bioopakowania na kosmetyki już są produkowane za granicą, ale do Polski prawie nie docierają z uwagi na koszt transportu pustych opakowań. Opakowania z PLA i PHA są całkowicie biodegradowalne w warunkach kompostowania. Rezultaty Projektu sprzyjają ochronie środowiska ponieważ: a) są wynikiem technologii bezodpadowej, b) skutkują zmniejszeniem zanieczyszczeń i CO2 odprowadzanych do atmosfery, c) są z materiału całkowicie bezpiecznego dla zdrowia człowieka i organizmów żywych, d) nie tworzą szkodliwych związków w reakcji z opakowaniem, e) są kompostowalne i nie wymagają termicznej utylizacji (spalania) powodującego zanieczyszczenie powietrza, f) będą przyczyniać się do spadku produkcji tworzyw sztucznych zalegających w środowisku setki lat, g) Projekt przyczyni się do redukcji emisji gazów cieplarnianych. Projekt dotyczy innowacji produktowej z elementami modyfikowania procesu wtrysku oraz barwienia wyrobów gotowych. (Polish)
