The applicant is a dynamically developing company providing IT services for the rental of computing power for rendering.Due to the specific nature of the activities carried out, it builds (and develops) supercomputing clusters, the increasing computing power of which will ultimately lead to the most complex and innovative research projects (both related to 3D prices as well as those of any other industry requiring access to huge computing power, to conduct tests, simulations of innovative ideas for breakthrough ideas in a given sector of products or services). The service of computing power is provided over the internet. The applicant is active on the world market. The nature and scale of the firm’s activity and its growing potential in terms of resource capacity make it necessary to carry out R & D work in the area of IT and introduce them as a result of innovative IT solutions. To date, the Applicant does not have formalised structures reflecting its existing involvement in R & D. The creation of a Research and Development Centre project would allow it to significantly expand its R & D work, provide adequate facilities and make it possible to reduce the proportion of remote working for research performed by a team located in a single location. At the same time, thanks to the planned purchase of equipment, the applicant would not have to make the calculation of the capacity for research projects dependent on the volume of customers. (Polish)
