Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X). Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem projektu jest opracowanie nowego produktu na rynku gier video oraz rynku rozwiązań dedykowanych dla treningu strzeleckiego. Założenia dotyczące produktu będącego efektem projektu są następujące: 1. Możliwość wykorzystania w pomieszczeniach o min. wymiarach 3x5m; 2. Uzyskanie realistycznych warunków gry poprzez, m.in.: - Wykorzystanie broni palnej lub replik broni palnej krótkiej I długiej; - Uzyskanie efektu odrzutu przy strzale; - Realistyczne efekty dźwiękowe w przestrzeni 3D, w której porusza się gracz; - Dowolna możliwość aranżacji pomieszczenia, w tym lokalizacja przeszkód; - Inteligentny system rozpoznawania pozycji gracza oraz odróżniania gracza od przeszkód (w tym elementów ruchomych) - Inteligentny system symulacji odpowiedzi ogniem; - Możliwe różne scenerie I scenariusze; 3. Modułowa budowa systemu; 4. Maksymalna cena sprzedaży poniżej 200.000 zł netto (znacznie poniżej cen konkurencyjnych trenażerów strzeleckich). U podstaw przygotowania planu prac badawczych leżą doświadczenia wnioskodawcy z testów pierwszego prototype systemu TL Wisła. W trakcie testów oraz weryfikacji jego skuteczności I realności wskazano problem technologiczne, których rozwiązanie pozwoli uzyskać zakładany efekt. Rozwiązanie tych problemów wymaga przeprowadzenia planowanych prac badawczo-rozwojowych (badań przemysłowych I prac rozwojowych) w wyniku, których zostanie opracowany produkt charakteryzujący się funkcjonalnościami innowacyjnymi w skali świata (niedostępne w produktach konkurencyjnych), przede wszystkim: - Systemem Symulacji Odpowiedzi Ogniem - rozwiązanie integrowane z systemem umożliwia śledzenie położenie strzelca, określanie jego ekspozycji na trafienia; (Polish)
