Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project concerns the conduct of industrial research and development, which will lead to the development of an innovative chromium recycling technology from waste materials in the form of a complete technology line dedicated to chromium recycling of at least one of the chromium containing wastes considered in the project.The innovative method of treatment of electrolyte containing ions of chromium will be used in the technology.The project will be put on the market by providing stakeholders with a complete and comprehensive solution enabling waste containing chromium to be processed fairly and efficiently.The raw material directly used in the process will be called& bdnquo, including the & core, whose management is an important problem for chromium producers.There are currently around Poland in Poland.2 million tons of this waste.The implementation of the project will allow the placing on the market of a complete installation for the recycling of chromium from post-production materials, and the solutions used will lead to:— higher purity of the deposit (purified chromium), — increase the efficiency of the complete installation — improve the efficiency of the installation — increase the efficiency of recovery, understood as the content of chromium in the material that will be left after the recycling process.The main benefit of the implementation of the planned technology will be to allow the use of large quantities of unused, cost generating and environmentally harmful waste management.Entities that choose to invest in a test technology will be able to reduce the cost of running the technology (English)

    Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt dotyczy przeprowadzenia badań przemysłowych i prac rozwojowych, których planowanym rezultatem jest opracowanie innowacyjnej technologii recyklingu chromu z materiałów odpadowych w postaci kompletnej linii technologicznej dedykowanej do recyklingu chromu z co najmniej jednego ze źródeł odpadów zawierających chrom rozważanych w projekcie. W technologii wykorzystana zostanie innowacyjna metoda oczyszczania elektrolitu zawierającego jony chromu. Projekt zostanie wdrożony na rynek poprzez zaoferowanie zainteresowanym podmiotom kompletnego, kompleksowego rozwiązania umożliwiającego zyskowne i efektywne przetworzenie zalegających odpadów zawierających chrom. Surowcem bezpośrednio wykorzystywanym w procesie będzie tzw. „błoto pochromowe”, którego zagospodarowanie stanowi istotny problem producentów chromu. Obecnie w Polsce znajduje się ok. 2 mln ton tego odpadu. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na wprowadzenie na rynek kompletnej instalacji przeznaczonej do recyklingu chromu z materiałów poprodukcyjnych, a zastosowane w niej rozwiązania doprowadzą do: - osiągania wyższej czystości depozytu (czystości oczyszczanego chromu), - zwiększenia efektywności prądowej kompletnej instalacji, - poprawienia wydajności instalacji, - zwiększenia skuteczności odzysku, rozumianej jako zawartość chromu w materiale, który będzie pozostawiony po procesie recyklingu. Podstawową korzyścią z wdrożenia planowanej technologii będzie umożliwienie zagospodarowania znacznych ilości niewykorzystywanych obecnie, oraz generujących koszty, a także szkodliwych dla środowiska odpadów. Podmioty, które zdecydują się na inwestycję w badaną technologię, będą mogły zmniejszyć koszty prowadzenia dz (Polish)
