Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project consists of the development and implementation of an innovative technology for the manufacture of large-scale rings to be used in the most difficult operating conditions in the marine and offshore industry.The planned research and development focuses on issues related to the quality of internal quality, i.e. microstructures and resulting mechanical properties.The solutions will allow maximum continuity of material and an optimal micro-structure with a high degree of fragmentation and uniformity for four selected steel grades.The effect will be the simultaneous improvement of the strength of the strength of the strength (yield strength, ultimate tensile strength) and above all the resistance to cracks, their initialisation, and the propagation (impact resistance, reduced transition temperature).The new products will comply with significantly higher requirements for the limit values for the non-continuity of material detected by ultrasonic processes.The above factors determine the reliability and safety at work of the equipment installed in vessels and the offshore industry.The scope of innovation shall also include the activation of the final mechanical treatment of rings with very high geometry of the geometry.The achievement of the objectives of the project requires that research work is carried out on a broad scale, covering aspects related to the production process of large scale rings, including the heating of feedstock, forging, rolling, heat and mechanical treatment. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie i wdrożenie innowacyjnej technologii wytwarzania pierścieni wielkogabarytowych do zastosowania w najtrudniejszych warunkach eksploatacji w przemyśle okrętowym i offshore. Zaplanowane prace badawczo-rozwojowe koncentrują się na zagadnieniach związanych z kształtowaniem jakości wewnętrznej, tj. mikrostruktury i wynikających z niej własności mechanicznych. Zastosowane rozwiązania będą umożliwiały osiągnięcie maksymalnej ciągłości materiału oraz optymalnej mikrostruktury o wysokim stopniu rozdrobnienia i jednorodności dla czterech wybranych gatunków stali. Efektem będzie jednoczesna poprawa własności wytrzymałościowych (granica plastyczności, wytrzymałość na rozciąganie) i przede wszystkim odporności na pęknięcia, ich inicjację oraz propagację (udarność, obniżona temperatura przejścia w stan kruchy). Nowe wyroby będą spełniały znacznie wyższe wymagania dla dopuszczalnych wielkości nieciągłości materiału wykrywanych metodami ultradźwiękowymi. Powyższe czynniki decydują o niezawodności i bezpieczeństwie pracy urządzeń zainstalowanych w jednostkach pływających i przemyśle offshore. Zakres innowacji obejmuje również uruchomienie finalnej obróbki mechanicznej pierścieni o bardzo wysokim stopniu skomplikowania geometrii. Osiągnięcie celów projektu wymaga wykonania prac badawczych w szerokim zakresie, obejmującym aspekty związane z procesem produkcji wielkogabarytowych pierścieni, w tym nagrzewanie materiału wsadowego, kucie, walcowanie, obróbkę cieplną i mechaniczną.
