The project will carry out the R & D work to develop a technology to produce steel structures from materials of variable thickness.With the new technology, we will develop an innovative product at national level:steel cabinet with reinforced profiles with variable height INNOVATION.This objective will be achieved through the implementation of industrial research and development, included in a 4 phased process, lasting 36 months.The project will be finalised by building a prototype of a steel cabinet (TRL 9).Pre-implementation work is also planned for the protection of industrial property, the execution of start-up tests, the preparation of technical and structural documentation and the certification of products (3 months).The project will be implemented in its own economic activity.We will produce steel cabinets based on current technical and human resources. the project responds to the needs of the market for products that, while preserving the desired strength, are characterised by a lighter and reinforced design, ultimately translated into easy ease of the product.Our product will be directed to the market currently operated by us, i.e. the market of the DIY & lot, manufacturers and distributors of the articles needed to build and renovate, decorative and horticultural articles and tools.Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu będzie przeprowadzenie prac B+R celem opracowania technologii wytwarzania konstrukcji stalowych z materiałów o zmiennej grubości. Dzięki nowej technologii opracujemy innowacyjny w skali kraju produkt: szafę stalową wzmocnioną profilami o zmiennej grubości-INNOWACJA PRODUKTOWA. Wskazany cel, zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację badań przemysłowych i prac rozwojowych, ujętych w 4 etapowym procesie, trwającym 36 miesięcy. Projekt zostanie sfinalizowany poprzez budowę prototypu szafy stalowej (TRL 9). Zaplanowano również prace przedwdrożeniowe dot. ochrony własności przemysłowej, wykonanie prób rozruchowych, przygotowanie dokumentacji technologiczno-konstrukcyjnej oraz certyfikację produktów (3 m-ce). Wdrożenie projektu odbędzie się we własnej działalności gospodarczej. Będziemy produkować szafy stalowe w oparciu o obecne posiadane zasoby techniczne i ludzkie.Projekt jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby rynku w zakresie produktów, które przy zachowaniu pożądanych właściwości wytrzymałościowych, cechują się lżejszą i wzmocnioną konstrukcją, docelowo przekładającą się na łatwość moderowania produktem. Nasz produkt będzie kierowany na rynek obecnie obsługiwany przez nas, tj. rynek DIY–producentów i dystrybutorów artykułów niezbędnych do budowy oraz remontu, artykułów dekoracyjnych i ogrodowych oraz narzędzi.
