Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The aim of the project is to develop the formulation and industrial synthesis technology of innovative active anti-corrosive pigments, based on hybrid polyaniline compounds with increased protection performance compared to the zinc phosphate based pigments currently in use.These pigments will be allowed to apply to all types of organic coatings, including alkyd, acrylic and epoxy paints.The pigments obtained will be allowed to be used even in 20 times lower than the current pigments, improving the mechanical properties of the coating and will not contain zinc that is toxic to aquatic organisms and its application is significantly restricted by Directive EU 76/464 EEC codified 2006/11/EEC.Any compounds received and compounded by their pigments will be subjected to physico-chemical inspections.An ageing study will also be carried out on the ageing coatings obtained by polymers.The results obtained will be compared to non-corrosive coatings and commercial paint coatings.On the basis of the tests carried out, a group of pigments with the highest anticorrosion effectiveness in organic coatings will be selected.In order to prepare for the implementation of the pigments on an industrial scale, the manufacturing process of the pigments and the development of the manufacturing scale, including the construction of the pilot production line, will be optimised.The project will result in product innovation on a global scale (production of corrosive pigments with new properties) and process innovation (based on the development of own technology). Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt ma na celu opracowanie formulacji oraz technologii syntezy przemysłowej innowacyjnych aktywnych pigmentów antykorozyjnych na bazie hybrydowych związków polianiliny o zwiększonej skuteczności ochrony w porównaniu do stosowanych obecnie pigmentów na bazie fosforanu cynku. Pigmenty te będą mogły znaleźć zastosowanie we wszystkich typach organicznych powłok ochronnych, w tym w farbach alkidowych, akrylowych oraz epoksydowych. Otrzymane pigmenty będą mogły być stosowane nawet w dwudziestokrotnie niższych stężeniach niż obecnie stosowane pigmenty, poprawiając właściwości mechaniczne powłoki oraz nie będą zawierały cynku, który jest toksyczny dla organizmów wodnych i jego stosowanie jest znacznie ograniczone dyrektywą EU 76/464 EEC skodyfikowaną 2006/11/EEC. Każdy z otrzymanych związków, jaki i powłoki nimi pigmentowane, poddane zostaną badaniom fizykochemicznym. Przeprowadzone będą także badania starzeniowe powłok pigmentowanych otrzymanymi polimerami. Otrzymane wyniki będą porównane do powłok niezawierających pigmentów antykorozyjnych oraz powłok farb handlowych. Na podstawie wykonanych badań, wybrany zostanie grupa pigmentów o najwyższej efektywności antykorozyjnego działania w organicznych powłokach ochronnych. W celu przygotowania do wdrożenia pigmentów w skali przemysłowej, dokonana zostanie optymalizacja procesu ich wytwarzania oraz prace związane ze zwiększeniem skali produkcji, w tym budowa pilotażowej linii produkcyjnej. Rezultatem projektu będzie innowacja produktowa na skalę światową (produkcja pigmentów antykorozyjnych o nowych właściwościach) oraz innowacja procesowa (pigmenty powstałe w oparciu o wypracowanie własnej technologii).
