The project involves carrying out industrial research and development on a new wider-driven drill which significantly increases the availability to the workpiece.The machinery is dedicated to furniture manufacturers.The main objective is to verify and confirm the assumptions of the concept developed in the ASKLA, according to which a transport team can be used, which will be adjacent to the furniture unit on the side surfaces.This solution would allow simultaneous access to the workpiece from above and from the bottom at maximum access to the treated surface, which is not the case in existing machines.Industrial research will focus on the rigidity and strength of the components of the machinery, the collision of things which may occur between the components as well as the energy intensity of the production process.The R & D will also examine the impact of the vibration impact of the system built on the quality of the drilling process.In the development phase a prototype of an innovative cruise drill will be created and will be tested in real conditions.Obtaining positive test results will allow appropriate action to be taken.SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:art:25 Commission Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).     Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie badań przemysłowych i prac rozwojowych nad nową wiertarką przelotową, która w znaczącym stopniu zwiększy dostępność do obrabianego elementu. Maszyna jest dedykowana producentom mebli. Głównym celem jest zweryfikowanie i potwierdzenie założeń koncepcji wypracowanej w firmie ASKLA, zgodnie z którą możliwe jest zastosowanie zespołu transportowego, który przylegać będzie do elementu meblowego przy powierzchniach bocznych. Takie rozwiązanie pozwoliłoby na jednoczesny dostęp do obrabianego elementu od góry i od dołu przy maksymalnym dostępie do obrabianej powierzchni, co nie ma miejsca w istniejących na rynku tego typu maszynach. Badania przemysłowe dotyczyć będą przede wszystkim sztywności i wytrzymałości elementów maszyny, kolizyjności, która może zachodzić pomiędzy elementami, jak również energochłonności procesu produkcji. Przedmiotem prac B+R będzie również badanie dotyczące wpływu drgań zbudowanego układu na jakość procesu wiercenia. W etapie prac rozwojowych powstanie prototyp innowacyjnej wiertarki przelotowej i będzie testowany w warunkach rzeczywistych.
