Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project involves the development and implementation of significantly improved, & extra product for production;a smooth three-layer piping for poultry farms.The project will lead to the development of a technology for producing novel three-layer tubes from a plastic floor based on PVC filled with lignocellulosic and mineral fillers, with the possibility to use different sources of recycling.The use of these technologies will result in a significantly improved product with beneficial performance indicators and a low cost generation and a facilitated way to recycle at the end of life.The project will carry out research and development (R & D), leading in the first phase to the development of the manufacturing of composite polymer materials with a new, not used composition, with lignocellulosic mineral products from the waste paper production;preparation and development of a mixture for the interior wall of tubes with low friction coefficient (s) and high resistance to abrasion.In the second phase, the work will be based on the use of the materials so obtained to produce a new trilayer of a new three-layer tube for a thrust, with high strength parameters, better tribolent properties and lower cost of manufacturing.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie i wdrożenie do produkcji znacząco udoskonalonego wyrobu – gładkiej trójwarstwowej rury do paszociągów, przeznaczonych dla zakładów hodowli drobiu. Rezultatem projektu będzie opracowanie technologii wytwarzania nowatorskiej rury trójwarstwowej z masy plastycznej na bazie PCW modyfikowanej napełniaczami lignocelulozowymi i mineralnymi, z możliwością zastosowania recyclatów z różnych źródeł. W wyniku zastosowania wymienionych technologii powstanie znacząco udoskonalony produkt o korzystnych wskaźnikach użytkowych i niskim koszcie wytworzenia oraz ułatwionym sposobie recyclingu po zakończeniu eksploatacji. W ramach projektu przeprowadzone zostaną prace badawczo-rozwojowe, prowadzące w pierwszej fazie do opracowania technologii wytwarzania kompozytowego tworzywa polimerowego o nowym, nie stosowanym dotychczas składzie - z zastosowaniem wypełniacza lignocelulozowo-mineralnego z produktów odpadowych z produkcji papieru; przygotowanie i opracowanie mieszanki na ściankę wewnętrzną rury o niskim współczynniku tarcia oraz wysokiej odporności na ścieranie. W drugiej fazie prace polegać będą na zastosowaniu tak uzyskanych tworzyw do wytworzenia prototypu nowej trójwarstwowej rury do paszociągu, o wysokich parametrach wytrzymałościowych, lepszych własnościach tribologicznych i niższym koszcie wytworzenia.
