Polmos Zyrardów is the leading luxury of a luxury class known for the Belvedere brand.The production process is based on the rectifying pig iron delivered by the agricultural distilleries.The process is based on the rectification of the agricultural spirit and this stage determines the work of the entire plant.The rectification process is closely linked to heat technology and this can be seen as an opportunity to reduce the cost of production and increase the company’s profits.The system will be a comprehensive system for the integrated production of heat and electricity from biomass, for its own plant, with the possibility to transfer excess electricity to external customers.Innovation is based on the fact that the system applies to low-strength systems capable of being used in distributed energy sectors, where power generation facilities are located at < 250kWel and can serve as a model solution for other plants with a high heat technology.The project aims to replace conventional fuels with renewable energy and to increase the energy potential of the use of energy from fuel.POLMOS intends to implement it through R & D:— Development of a system for the development of a biofuel for energy purposes of biomass and energy for biomass, defined as a fuel capable of thermal use after processing, in the form of a syngas or carbini, -Study on the efficiency of hydropower steam expansion taking into account the adjustment possibilities and electrical capacity adjustment to the instantaneous demand needs, by changing the parameters of the power source powered by the electric power generator -The removal of waste heat from the boiler or the rectifying columns — Development of the technological project_reference_aid:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014, declaring certain categories of aid (English) | |||

Polmos Żyrardów jest wiodącym producentem wódek klasy luksusowej znanej pod marką Belvedere. Proces produkcyjny opiera się o rektyfikację surówki dostarczanej do firmy przez gorzelnie rolnicze. Podstawą procesu jest rektyfikacja spirytusu rolniczego i ten etap determinuje pracę całego zakładu. Proces rektyfikacji jest ściśle związany z techniką cieplną i to w jej efektywności można upatrywać możliwość ograniczenia kosztów produkcji i zwiększenia zysków firmy. System będzie kompleksową realizacją układu zintegrowanej produkcji ciepła i energii elektrycznej z biomasy, na potrzeby własne zakładu z możliwością przekazania nadmiaru energii elektrycznej odbiorcom zewnętrznym. Innowacyjność polega na tym, że system dotyczy układów o niskich mocach, możliwych do zastosowania w energetyce rozproszonej, gdzie instalacje wytwarzania energii posiadać będą poziom <250kWel i będzie mógł służyć jako rozwiązanie modelowe dla innych zakładów o rozbudowanej technice cieplnej. Projekt ma na celu zastąpienie konwencjonalnych paliw energią ze źródeł odnawialnych oraz zwiększenie potencjału energetycznego wykorzystania energii z paliwa. Firma POLMOS zamierza je zrealizować poprzez prace B+R: -Opracowanie systemu przygotowania biopaliwa w celach energetycznych biomasy i biomasy energetycznej rozumianej jako paliwo nadające się do termicznego wykorzystania po przetworzeniu w postaci syngazu lub karbonizatu -Badanie efektywności produkcji energii elektrycznej z rozprężania pary wodnej uwzględniający możliwości regulacji i dostosowania mocy elektrycznej do chwilowych potrzeb odbiorczych,poprzez zmianę parametrów źródła zasilania silnika parowego napędzającego generator energii elektrycznej -Zagospodarowanie ciepła odpadowego z kotłowni lub kolumn rektyfikacyjnych -Opracowanie projektu technologicznegoNumer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za z (Polish)
