Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).C- creation of a prototype of an innovative technological line for application and shrink labelling will be achieved through the implementation of established industrial research and R & D activities. the expected activities are divided into four phases.The project will be launched by industrial research aimed at developing an optimal and energy efficient application and shrink labelling of labels.This will allow the specification of technical requirements for solutions in the scope of the application and the tightening of a heat-tight label.Ideas will be developed on the design of solutions to be applied in the developed technological line, which will eliminate the main shortcomings of the current process of contraction and optimise it with a view to minimising energy consumption.Solutions will be developed to improve the process of shrinking.The work will then focus on developing the concept of engineering solutions for machines and equipment which are a technology line for the application and printing of Shrink sleave labels.This has been done by testing the methods and concepts of technical solutions which are prepared for implementation in machinery and technology. the next activity will focus on the elaboration of a detailed draft line for the imposition and reduction of labels and its subsequent implementation.The measures taken will be completed by the demonstration of the technology line used for the imposition and reduction of the label on the packaging. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Cel- stworzenie prototypu innowacyjnej linii technologicznej do aplikacji i obkurczania etykiet termokurczliwych, zostanie osiągnięty dzięki realizacji założonych działań w zakresie badań przemysłowych oraz prac B+R. Przewidywane działania dzielą się na cztery etapy. Realizację projektu rozpoczną badania przemysłowe, które skierowane będą na opracowanie optymalnej i energooszczędnej metody aplikowania i obkurczania etykiet termokurczliwych na opakowaniach. Pozwoli to na sformułowanie specyfikacji wymagań technicznych rozwiązań z zakresu aplikacji i obkurczania etykiet termokurczliwych. Wypracowane zostaną koncepcje rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych stosowanych w opracowywanej linii technologicznej, które wyeliminują główne wady dotychczas prowadzonego procesu obkurczania i zoptymalizują go pod kątem zminimalizowania poboru energii. Opracowane zostaną rozwiązania, które pozwolą na poprawę procesu obkurczania. Następnie prace skupią się na opracowaniu koncepcji rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych maszyn i urządzeń stanowiących linię konstrukcyjną technologiczną do aplikowania i obkurczania etykiet typu shrink sleeve. Pozowali to na przetestowanie metod i koncepcji rozwiązań technicznych, przygotowanych do implementacji w maszynach i urządzeniach linii technologicznej.Kolejne działania skupią się na opracowaniu szczegółowego projektu linii do nakładania i obkurczania etykiet a następnie jego realizacji. Podjęte działania zakończą się skonstruowaniem demonstratora linii technologicznej wykorzystywanej do nakładania i obkurczania etykiet typu shrink sleeve na opakowaniach. (Polish)
