Przedmiotem zaproponowanego przez Anwil S.A. (zwany dalej: Spółka, Anwil, Wnioskodawca) rozwiązania jest poprawa efektywności procesu produkcji di-chloroetanu (EDC). Projekt ten poprzez zwielokrotnienie powierzchni kontaktu międzyfazowego etylenu i nasyconego chlorem 1,2 dwuchloroetanu dzięki ruchowi „nanodrutów” kontrolowanemu zmiennym polem elektromagnetycznym przyczyni się do rozdrobnienie fazy gazowej w fazie ciekłej w przestrzeni reakcyjnej, zmniejszenia powstawania wyżej chlorowanych produktów ubocznych, zmniejszenie ilości powstałego ubocznego produktu na tonę wyprodukowanego EDC oraz rozwiązany zostanie problem zwiększenia powierzchni kontaktu międzyfazowego substratów reakcji.
