The project aims to develop a Nextsell 2.0 IT system based on Artificial Intelligence technology supporting small and medium-sized enterprises to sell their goods to international e-commerce platforms.The aim is to achieve, in particular, the development and implementation of a module based on the neural network, built on the & core, including a module based on the neural network;in the course of the project, an analysis module & ndash;also using machine learning techniques and equipped with smart sensor analysis for end-user products based on content generated, inter alia, on social networks.The result of the project will be addressed to companies willing to develop/scale their business, who:No online sales by market place platforms, currently selling only in Poland, currently selling on foreign portals, but with no satisfactory results.We will address our offer to small businesses, which start only cross-border, as well as well established e-shops, which want to expand their activities to other countries and require comprehensive logistical solutions.Research and development activities in the project will include, but are not limited to:Develop a machine for automatic communication between system users and their customers (through automated learning techniques for natural language understanding, speech recognition, speech synthesis, machine translation), — development of a prototype analytical module based on artificial intelligence solutions. Celem projektu jest opracowanie systemu informatycznego Nextsell 2.0 opartego na technologii sztucznej inteligencji, wspierającego małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa w sprzedaży ich towarów na międzynarodowych platformach e-commerce (typu marketplace). Cel ten zamierzamy osiągnąć w szczególności poprzez opracowanie i wdrożenie m.in. modułu wykorzystującego czatbota opartego na sieci neuronowej, skonstruowanej i „wytrenowanej” w trakcie projektu, modułu analitycznego – także wykorzystującego techniki uczenia maszynowego oraz wyposażonego w możliwość inteligentnej analizy sentymentu do produktów użytkownika końcowego na podstawie treści generowanych m.in. w sieciach społecznościowych. Rezultat projektu będzie zaadresowany do przedsiębiorstw chcących rozwijać/skalować swój biznes, którzy: ? nieprowadzącą dotychczas sprzedaży internetowej poprzez platformy typu marketplace, ? prowadzącą obecnie sprzedaż wyłącznie na terenie Polski, ? prowadzącą obecnie sprzedaż na zagranicznych portalach, ale bez zadowalających wyników. Naszą ofertę skierujemy zarówno do małych firm, rozpoczynających dopiero sprzedaż transgraniczną, jak również do e-sklepów o ugruntowanej pozycji na rynku, które będą chciały rozszerzyć swoją działalność na inne kraje i będą potrzebować kompleksowych rozwiązań logistycznych. Prace badawcze i rozwojowe w projekcie będą obejmować m.in.: - opracowanie rozwiązania automatyzującego komunikację między użytkownikami systemu a ich klientami (poprzez zastosowanie technik uczenia maszynowego w zakresie rozumienia języka naturalnego, rozpoznawania mowy, syntezy mowy, tłumaczenia maszynowego), - opracowanie prototypu modułu analitycznego opartego na rozwiązaniach z zakresu sztucznej inteligencji.
