Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project consists of the development of an innovative, green hygiene paint for the biocontrol of fungal infections within the structure.The technology is due to the bio-control properties of the use of galvanic microcells, and the GALVI is also proposed for the project.The GALVI technology is characterised by exceptional efficacy in the fight against pathogenic fungi and fungi, which has been confirmed in the pre-design studies.The organic biocides have been completely eliminated from the formulation.All the products produced by the project will be waterworks forming a new category of paints, for which it is proposed to name “ionic paints” because of their specific bio-control properties based on the ion flow of ions between microelectrodes.GALVI paints on the application surface of “smart” coatings with microfocal areas operating only at the time of excessive growth in moisture and resting in the event of a correct ventilation of protected spaces.The technology of GALVI is the subject of patent application P404011 “Method of producing a dispersed biocidal product”.The project will finalise flagship research on pathogenic galvanotropic pathogens in the presence of Cu-Zn microcells and will develop a paint manufacturing process with the addition of GALVI.It will be designed, constructed and activated for the production of an experimental facility for the production of a dilute ionic paint with a synthesis node electrolysis.The GALVI system will be validated under real operational conditions defined by TRL 9’s highest TRL.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie innowacyjnej, ekologicznej farby higienicznej służącej do biokontroli zakażeń grzybiczych wewnątrz budowli. Technologia zawdzięcza swoje właściwości biokontrolne wykorzystaniu mikroogniw galwanicznych stąd też zaproponowano dla projektu akronim GALVI będący także znakiem towarowym. Technologię GALVI cechuje wyjątkowa skuteczność w walce z patogennymi grzybami i pleśniami, co zostało potwierdzone w badaniach przedprojektowych. Z receptury całkowicie wyeliminowano mutagenne biocydy organiczne . Wszystkie produkty wytwarzane w ramach projektu będą farbami wodorozcieńczalnymi tworzącymi nowa kategorię farb, dla których proponuje się nazwę "farb jonowych " z uwagi na charakterystyczne dla nich własności biokontrolne oparte na przepływie jonów między mikroelektrodami. Farby GALVI tworzą na powierzchni aplikacji "inteligentne" powłoki z mikroogniwam działającymi tylko w momencie nadmiernego wzrostu zawilgocenia i pozostającymi w spoczynku w przypadku prawidłowej wentylacji chronionych pomieszczeń. Technologia GALVI jest przedmiotem zgłoszenia patentowego P404011 " Sposób wytwarzania dyspersyjnej farby biobójczej" . W ramach projektu zostaną dokończone badania modelowe nad galvanotropizmem patogennych grzybów w obecności mikroogniw Cu-Zn i zostanie opracowana technologia produkcji farb z dodatkiem GALVI. Zostanie zaprojektowana, zbudowana i uruchomiona doświadczalna instalacja do produkcji wodorozcieńczalnej jonowej farby z węzłem syntezy elektrolitu pomocniczego. Nastąpi walidacja systemu GALVI w rzeczywistych warunkach operacyjnych zdefiniowanych przez najwyższy poziom gotowości technologicznej TRL 9. (Polish)
