O projeto formativo visa incrementar a formação e qualificação profissional de desempregados, contribuindo para o aumento de técnicos com qualificação adequada na RAA. The training project aims to increase the vocational training and qualification of unemployed people, contributing to the increase of technicians with adequate qualification in the AAR.
