The project presupposes the monitoring of the temperature and humidity of the MWC warehouses (located in the Zona Franca da Madeira (ZFM), Caniçal, and in the Caves of São Francisco (ASF) in Funchal), where about 4500 hL of Madeira wine are stored in casks and wooden vats, so that its relationship with the analytical and sensory characteristics of the stored wines is established.
