O projeto visa promover a adoção de hábitos mais saudáveis e sustentáveis de mobilidade na comunidade académica do IPB, através da disponibilização de 100 bicicletas (80 elétricas e 20 convencionais), para utilização de longa duração (superior a 6 meses), e da implementação de um conjunto ambicioso de ações de comunicação para divulgar a iniciativa e sensibilizar a população para as vantagens da utilização de modos suaves de mobilidade.
