Em resumo, o Município da Maia aceitou a delegação de competências relativas à verificação da elegibilidade da operação, do beneficiário e da despesa apresentada, bem assim como do mérito da operação, relativamente às ações constantes do Quadro de Compromissos constantes do Anexo 1 do contrato do PEDU da Maia para o efeito, alocou um conjunto de recursos às competências delegadas, importando despesa de que pretende agora ser ressarcido. In summary, the Council of Maia accepted the delegation of powers relating to the verification of the eligibility of the operation, the beneficiary and the expenditure submitted, as well as the merit of the operation, in respect of the actions contained in the Commitments Framework set out in Annex 1 of the Maia Pedu contract for this purpose, allocated a set of resources to the delegated powers, importing expenditure from which it now wishes to be reimbursed.
