A operação caracteriza-se pela possibilidade de integração de 6 jovens com qualificação superior, em contexto real de trabalho, preservando e melhorando as suas competências sócio-profissionais, através da manutenção do contacto com o mercado de trabalho, com outros trabalhadores e atividades, evitando, desta forma, o risco de desmotivação destes jovens, provocado pelo desemprego e contribuindo para a melhoria do seu perfil de empregabilidade.
