A operação visa reabilitar o espaço público envolvente do Conjunto Habitacional da Quinta de Paramos que encontra degradado e sem as necessárias de segurança e conforto. Pretende requalificar o espaço, melhorar o ambiente urbano e as condições de vida dos seus habitantes, de forma a incentivar a apropriação individual ou coletiva do espaço e incutir nos moradores o sentimento de pertença e identidade, responsabilizando-os por cuidar do mesmo.
