FIOL ROCA S.A. presenta como actividad empresarial la representación de la firma automovilística JAGUAR AND LAND ROVER AUTOMOTIVE PLC, bajo el nombre comercial CLASSIC CARS, comercializando vehículos de las marcas LAND ROVER y JAGUAR en Sevilla. Actualmente cuenta con unas instalaciones de 6.200m2 en la Avda. Fernández Murube en Sevilla capital._x000D_ _x000D_ El proyecto de inversión presentado consiste en la apertura de un segundo concesionario de vehículos bajo las marcas indicadas en el municipio sevillano de Camas. Las inversiones se materializarán en las instalaciones en régimen de alquiler que tiene la empresa ubicadas en la Carretera de Extremadura nº 9, en Camas (Sevilla)._x000D_ El nuevo concesionario contará con una superficie de 2.790 m2, en las cuales se tienen que acometer las siguientes actuaciones:_x000D_ - Demoliciones, obra civil e instalaciones._x000D_ - Adquisición de maquinaria._x000D_ - Dotación de mobiliario._x000D_ - Imagen corporativa._x000D_ - Equipamiento informático._x000D_ _x000D_ Las razones que motivan este proyecto de inversión radican en la existencia de nuevos modelos a comercializar por la firma JAGUAR AND LAND ROVER AUTOMOTIVE PLC, por lo que se hace necesaria la existencia de una mayor superficie de venta/reparación para atender la nueva oferta junto con la existente y dirigirse a nuevos segmentos de clientes y nuevos mercados, consiguiendo una mayor representación comercial al dotarse de un segundo punto de venta en una nueva área geográfica dentro de la provincia de Sevilla. _x000D_ _x000D_ Las nuevas instalaciones cuentan con autorización municipal para su apertura a través de Documento de eficacia de Declaración responsable y Comunicación previa emitido por el Ayuntamiento de Camas con fecha 23/01/2017._x000D_ _x000D_ Modificaciones de la solicitud durante la instrucción del expediente: _x000D_ 1- Aspecto Modificado: Fecha prevista de finalización/ejecución indicada en la solicitud: 30/07/2016. Responsable: Empresa _x000D_ Aclaración de la Modificación: En respuesta a notificación emitida por la Agencia, la empresa presenta con fecha 21/02/2017, a través de la plataforma informática el documento de Contestación Ofrecimiento, en el cual se modifica este aspecto, respecto a la solicitud inicial. La fecha de ejecución será 31/07/2017._x000D_ 2-Aspecto Modificado: Fecha prevista de finalización/ejecución indicada en la solicitud: 30/07/2016. Responsable: Empresa _x000D_ Aclaración de la Modificación: con fecha 11/07/2017 la empresa presenta solicitud telemática de cambio del proyecto, para nueva fecha de ejecución de 30/09/2017._x000D_ Esta modificación no ha afectado al fin u objeto de la ayuda solicitada._x000D_ 3- Aspecto Modificado: Condiciones que la persona solicitante señaló en su solicitud: _x000D_ Inversiones y gastos: 1.574.763 Euros_x000D_ - Actuación motivada para que el solicitante llevara a cabo la modificación de lo expresado en su solicitud. _x000D_ a. El solicitante presentó un escrito con fecha 13/12/2016 en el que comunicó que se habían producido cambios en el proyecto y solicitó modificar el presupuesto de inversión modificando elementos de la partida de bienes de equipo auxiliares y disminuyendo el importe de algunos equipo al conseguir precios más bajos._x000D_ El presupuesto modificado asciende a 1.551.696,71 euros_x000D_ b. La modificación efectuada ha consistido en disminuir el presupuesto de inversión solicitado y no ha afectado al fin u objeto de la ayuda solicitada cuya denominación es "Apertura de un nuevo concesionario de automóviles de las firmas Land Rover y Jaguar"._x000D_ c. Responsible: Company _x000D_Clarification of Modification: In response to the notification issued by the Agency, the company submitted, on 21/02/2017, through the IT platform, the Offering Response document, in which this aspect is modified, in respect of the initial application.
