The energy efficiency project of the IPC-ESAC BLOCO J includes the installation of thermal insulation in the opaque surroundings, aluminum frames with thermal cut and double glazing, LED luminaires and efficient HVAC equipment, with a total investment value of EUR 105,610, which reduces the primary energy consumption by 65.4 %, avoids the emission of 29 t CO2/year, generates savings of EUR 13894/year and allows the passage of the building to energy class A.
