Pretendem-se implementar o isolamento da cobertura exterior, substituir o queimador, instalar a bomba de calor, intervencionar a iluminação, instalar um sistema de monitorização de consumos de eletricidade e gás e um sistema fotovoltaico de produção de energia elétrica para autoconsumo.
