The training entities that are part of the CAP ICF have a strong involvement in the region, particularly in its economic, social and cultural fabric. A diagnosis of training needs has also been carried out involving employers, so that training can meet the skills needs of the business fabric, meeting the deficits recorded in the low professional qualifications of the rural population, and of the DLDs.
