Společnost VYTEP UNIČOV s.r.o. provozuje tepelné hospodářství, a má objekty tepelného hospodářství v dlouhodobém pronájmu. Projekt řeší nevyhovující a zastaralé technologie použité k vybudování původního teplovodu. V současné době dochází k únikům tepla do okolního prostoru. Nový teplovod je řešen v současné trase.
