El objetivo del proyecto es la puesta en valor de una parte fundamental del patrimonio cultural de Lleida, su patrimonio artístico moderno y contemporáneo, como una forma de impulsar el desarrollo de la ciudad y su territorio de influencia, a partir de la dotación de una nueva sede para el Museu d¿Art de Lleida (nueva denominación del Museu d¿Art Jaume Morera) y posibilitar que a través del cambio de escala en el despliegue de su actividad se constituya como un potente foco de actividad cultural y turística. Un proyecto concebido para generar otros focos de centralidad en el ámbito de la conservación, protección, fomento y desarrollo del patrimonio cultural y la dimensión económica y turística asociada que contribuya al equilibrio territorial del país (Spanish)

The objective of the project is the enhancement of a fundamental part of the cultural heritage of Lleida, its modern and contemporary artistic heritage, as a way of promoting the development of the city and its territory of influence, starting with of the provision of a new headquarters for the Art Museum of Lleida (new name of the Museu d'Art Jaume Morera de Lleida) and make it possible for the change of scale in the deployment of its activity to be constituted as a Powerful focus of cultural and tourist activity.
