Movilización de Fuerzas Armadas en apoyo logístico a las autoridades civiles en la lucha contra la pandemia, reforzando las actuaciones de apoyo a las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado en la atención y vigilancia de infraestructuras críticas, puertos, aeropuertos, estaciones, instalaciones policiales y, en general, servicios públicos esenciales, apoyo logístico a la creación o mantenimiento de instalaciones que respondían a necesidades sociales, como residencias de mayores, centros de asistencia de menores, centros de acogida de personas en desamparo o albergues, transporte de mercancías, enseres y bienes de primera necesidad.
