    Namen operacije je omilitev ekonomskih posledic epidemije koronavirusa COVID-19 na gospodarstvo in državljane. Cilj operacije je zagotoviti začasno denarno nadomestilo, karierno svetovanje in aktivnosti za iskanje zaposlitve ter vključevanje v že obstoječe ukrepe aktivne politike zaposlovanja za predvidoma 2.500 brezposelnih oseb iz ciljne skupine.
