Operacija obsega nakup strežniške strojne in programske opreme, nov spletni portal za kupce: s tem bodo omogočili poenoteno in poenostavljeno komunikacijo s kupci, ustrezne povezave in vodili dnevnike o opravljeni komunikaciji, spletna trgovina, integracija s socialnimi omrežji, ureditev varovanja osebnih podatkov v skladu z GDPR uredbo, posodobitev IT: transparentno poslovanje brez dvoma v kvaliteto podatkov, enovit vpogled, priprava dela internega spletnega portala za spodbujanje inovativnosti: omogoča zbiranje predlogov in idej skrbnikov stavb, ki bodo le-te lahko posredovali v spletni portal tudi na terenu, sodelavci pa bodo predlagali spremembe in izboljšave, ter predloge komentirali, pregled in dodelava spletnih rešitev. Izvedla so bodo tudi usposabljanja za razvoj kompetenc zaposlenih. (Slovenian)

The operation consists of the purchase of server hardware and software, a new web portal for customers: this will enable unified and simplified communication with customers, appropriate links and keep logs about the communication carried out, online store, integration with social networks, regulation of personal data protection in accordance with the GDPR Regulation, IT update: transparent business without a doubt about the quality of data, uniform insight, preparation of the work of the internal web portal for promoting innovation: it enables the collection of suggestions and ideas of building administrators, who will be able to submit them to the web portal also in the field, and colleagues will propose changes and improvements, and comment, review and refine online solutions. They will also provide training to develop staff competences. (English)
