Namen izvedbe projekta je zagotovitev ustreznih in primerno opremljenih prostorskih kapacitet z namenom nadgradnje, razvoja in izvajanja preventivnih programov v primarnem zdravstvenem varstvu (Centra za krepitev zdravja kot samostojne enote v okviru ZD Ajdovščina). Z realizacijo projekta bodo omogočeni ustrezni pogoji za krepitev javnozdravstvene vloge zdravstvenega doma na področju preventivnih programov za krepitev zdravja na primarni ravni zdravstvenega varstva z vključevanjem, sodelovanjem in povezovanjem različnih ciljnih skupin, s poudarkom na vključevanju ranljivih oseb, ogroženih otrok in mladostnikov in vse ostalih prebivalcev na območju občine Ajdovščina in Vipava. S tem se želi zmanjšati neenakosti v zdravju. (Slovenian)

The purpose of the project is to provide adequate and adequately equipped spatial capacities for the purpose of upgrading, developing and implementing preventive programmes in primary health care (Centra for health promotion as an independent unit within the framework of ZD Ajdovščina). The realisation of the project will provide the right conditions for strengthening the public health role of the health centre in the field of prevention programmes for health promotion at the primary level of healthcare by involving, participating and connecting different target groups, with an emphasis on the inclusion of vulnerable persons, children and young people at risk and all other residents in the area of the municipality of Ajdovščina and Vipava. This aims to reduce health inequalities. (English)
