    Cilj javnega razpisa je zaposlitev brezposelnih mladih starih od 15 do vključno 29 let, predvsem iskalcev prve zaposlitve in dolgotrajno brezposelnih mladih, z namenom pridobivanja delovnih izkušenj, kompetenc in veščin za delo z otroki s posebnimi potrebami in s tem povečevanje njihove zaposljivosti, tako v nevladnih organizacijah, kot tudi v sistemu vzgoje in izobraževanja.
