O projeto Capaz tem na sua génese a intervenção social e comunitária, em particular com a população idosa, tendo como objetivos principais a prevenção e combate a situações de exclusão e isolamento social e a promoção do envelhecimento ativo e saudável. The Capaz project has in its origin social and community intervention, in particular with the elderly population, with the main objectives of preventing and combating situations of exclusion and social isolation and promoting active and healthy ageing. It works in the maintenance of physical and mental functioning capacities, enabling the well-being of the elderly person.
