The training entities that are part of the CAP ICF have a strong involvement in the region, particularly in its economic, social and cultural fabric. The diagnosis of training needs also involved employers, so that training can meet the skills needs of the business fabric, meeting the deficits recorded in the low professional qualifications of the unemployed rural population.
