O projeto incide em áreas que, face às necessidades regionais e locais, são estruturantes e contribuem para a adaptabilidade dos ativos, ajustadas ao seu perfil e necessidades. A formação será desenvolvida em estreita articulação com as entidades empregadoras, estimulando a adequação da formação às necessidades do tecido empresarial.Também a articulação com os CQEP contribuirá para o reforço das qualificações destes ativos. The project focuses on areas which, in view of regional and local needs, are structuring and contribute to the adaptability of assets, adjusted to their profile and needs. The training will be developed in close coordination with employers, encouraging the adequacy of training to the needs of the business community.The link with the ECFCs will also help to strengthen the qualifications of these assets.
