Financirajo se usposabljanja za mlade (ter spremljevalne aktivnosti, nujne za uspešno izvedbo projektov), ki jih izvaja organizacija v mladinskem sektorju v okviru mladinskega dela v konzorciju partnerjev, z namenom vključevanja mladih v procese neformalnega izobraževanja in aktivnega državljanstva, s poudarkom na izboljšanju njihove zaposljivosti.
