Diseno e implantación de un modelo empresarial innovador en el área de marketing y de comercialización. Las tareas a desarrollar según la oferta de servicios de consultoria son las siguientes:1.-Análisis del actual proceso de Marketing y Comercial. A partir del resultado de la información analizada durante la fase anterior, se disenará un proceso de Marketing y Ventas que describa las actividades clave y los resultados de las mismas.3.-Implantación del Método Innovador de Marketing y Comercial. Durante la fase de implantación se dará soporte para el desarrollo de las las siguientes actividades:-Análisis de mercado.-Análisis y descripción del producto.-Análisis de competidores.-Análisis de hábitos de compra.-Descripción de propuesta de valor.-Identificación de estrategias de marketing y ventas.-Elaboración de planes de ventas.-Establecimiento de requisitos para soportes de comunicación y distribución.El servicio está estimado para una dedicación de 180 horas totales: 30 h. para Fases 1 y 2 y 120 h. para fase 3.
