The actions undertaken in this project, located in the province of Cadiz, municipality of Los Barrios, are of two types: 1.- On the one hand, the aim is to define a road in the Technical Infrastructures area (Vial 2) in order to provide road access to this area and thus end the interior road infrastructure defined in the last amendment to the Los Barrios PGO definitively approved on August 8, 2016. This vial is configured as a road with two lanes of 4.5 m. each, plus a sidewalk of 2.5 m. on each side, ending in a roundabout that will give access to the plot of both the sewage station and that of the Electric Substation. 2.-. On the other hand, it is proposed to modify the existing road in front of the service building of the sector (Vial 3), aimed at increasing the provision of parking by 34 units, as well as for the creation of a loading and unloading area on the side of the building, which is much needed for proper traffic management in the sector. Las actuaciones que se acometen en este proyecto, localizadas en la provincia de Cádiz, término municipal de Los Barrios, son de dos tipos: 1.- Por un lado, se pretende definir un vial en la zona de Infraestructuras Técnicas (Vial 2) al objeto de dotar de acceso rodado a esta zona y terminar de esta manera la infraestructura viaria interior definida en la última Modificación del PGO de Los Barrios aprobada definitivamente el 8 de agosto de 2016. Este vial se configura como una calzada de dos carriles de 4,5 m. cada uno, más una acera de 2,5m. a cada lado, terminando en una rotonda que es la que dará acceso a la parcela tanto de le Estación Depuradora como a la de la Subestación Eléctrica. 2.-. Por otro lado, se plantea la modificación del viario existente frente al edificio de servicios del sector (Vial 3), encaminado al aumento de la dotación de aparcamientos en 34 unidades, así como para la creación de una zona de carga y descarga en el lado del edificio, muy necesaria para una correcta ordenación del tráfico en el sector. En total, la operación propuesta representa una superficie de plataforma logística mejorada de 0,2 hectáreas. (Spanish)
