La operación supone la creación del espacio necesario para ubicar los servicios de orientación laboral y emprendurismo, asistencia técnica de información, sala de nuevas tecnologías, y sala polivalente, así como otros espacios de carácter social._x000D_ _x000D_ Este espacio se sitúa en la antigua fábrica de tabacos, centro “Las Cigarreras” donde se prevé el acondicionamiento de un claustro para esta finalidad, recuperando a su vez el valor arquitectónico original.Forma parte del Plan de Dotaciones para ubicar los servicios de intervención previstos con un Creación de un Centro de Atención Social, un Centro de Formación e Inserción laboral, y una Oficina de Información, integrando los servicios y gestionando eficientemente los usos con la participación de las entidades ciudadanas prestando especial atención a la colaboración con entidades que promuevan la igualdad de genero y la igualdad de trato ante la diversidad._x000D_ _x000D_ La rehabilitación de este espacio permitirá la ejecución y desarrollo de las acciones previstas en otras dos operaciones en las que participa activamente la Agencia Local. En concreto Impulsa-cultura y Orientación y Formación para el empleo. Se dota el entorno de actuación EDUSI de oficinas para el asesoramiento e intermediación laboral, asesoramiento al emprendimiento y creación de empresas. Igualmente se dota a la zona de actuación de una sala polivalente, destinada entre otros a programas de actuación dentro de la operación Impulsa-cultura, y de una sala informática y de nuevas tecnologías que se utilizará para programas de actuación de esta dos operaciones citadas._x000D_ _x000D_ La creación de estos espacios no excluye, el acondicionamiento de otros espacios específicos o uso de otros espacios dotacionales en la zona EDUSI para acercar la alfabetización digital, o la formación para el empleo y el emprendimiento a los beneficiarios del área EDUSI, entre los que se encuentran los espacios ubicados en la calle Sargento Vaillo (Spanish)
