Reformar las fachadas del edificio mediante un sistema de Rehabilitación energética. Se aisla el edificio por el exterior, de manera que todas las capas de la fachada se encuentren calientes. Con este sistema, se acaba con los problemas de condensaciones de la cámara de aire y se dota al edificio de una mayor inercia térmica. Se eliminan los puentes térmicos y al acumular los muros el calor del interior de la vivienda, en invierno se consigue un importante ahorro energético y una reducción de las emisiones contaminantes.
