La correcta ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura de servicios de velocidad de más de 100Mbps, mediante la solución tecnológica elegida que consiste en una red FTTH que utilizará el estándar GPON, a 782 unidades inmobiliarias de las entidades singulares de población de Carcastillo y Doneztebe/Santesteban, pertenecientes a los municipios de Carcastillo y Doneztebe/Santesteban, respectivamente, de la Comunidad Autónoma de Navarra, las cuales se especifican en el anexo "Ámbito geográfico" de la resolución de concesión, así como el cumplimiento de las demás obligaciones.
